Prüfungsliteratur Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie

Das Ziel der Masterprüfung ist es, verschiedene Themenbereiche der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie zu diskutieren, um die Fähigkeit der Studierenden zu prüfen, (i) theoretische Ansätze und Modelle zu erläutern und voneinander zu unterscheiden, (ii) Studiendesigns kritisch zu diskutieren, (iii) Verbindungen zwischen verschiedenen Themenbereichen herzustellen und (iv) Anwendungsmöglichkeiten aufzuzeigen.

Ablauf: Die Studierenden können einen Artikel als Einstiegsthema wählen und diesen in den ersten 5 Minuten vorstellen. In den restlichen 25 Minuten werden Fragen zu Artikeln aus allen Themenbereichen gestellt.

Unterlagen wie Artikel oder eigene Notizen dürfen während der Prüfung genutzt werden. Die Prüfung kann auf Deutsch oder, falls gewünscht, auf Englisch durchgeführt werden.
