I am a master’s student in Psychology at the University of Zurich. My thesis focuses on adapting Help Texts, a text-message-based support program, for bereaved combat survivors. Through interviews and qualitative analysis, the project explores their perspectives, needs, and challenges to inform the development of supportive messages that are contextually relevant and genuinely helpful.
