  • Effective Teamwork in Agile Teams (3 Masterarbeiten)

Beschreibung: Agile teams are dynamic, cross-functional groups that embrace flexibility, collaboration, and iterative development approaches. They are characterized by their ability to respond swiftly to change, working together to deliver value incrementally. Agile teams are empowered and self-organizing, with a focus on delivering high-quality results through continuous feedback and improvement. They promote open communication, transparency, and a shared sense of responsibility. This research project aims to explore and examine the effectiveness of teamwork in agile teams, challenging current models and theories of team effectiveness in the context of this unique team structure. By investigating the dynamics and performance of agile teams, this project seeks to shed light on the specific factors that contribute to their success. Through quantitative methods, the research will analyze various aspects such as psychological safety, feedback seeking, elaboration in teams and team reflexivity. By testing established models and theories in this new form of teamwork, this study intends to generate valuable insights that can enhance our understanding of effective collaboration in agile teams and provide practical recommendations for optimizing their performance.
