Clinical Services

Registered Clinical Psychologist, HCPC (UK health care regulatory body)

I provide assessment and therapeutic intervention in English in the following areas: stress and anxiety, trauma, depression or low mood, recovery from stroke or brain injury, social anxiety, OCD, support for ASD, dealing with loss and coping with challenges while caring for others. I have training and experience using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Compassion focused therapy and Narrative therapy.

The first appointment is an introductory appointment with the clinic manager Ms Gutzwiller. After this we will being our sessions.
